Katy Perry took time out from her European tour on Friday to launch her fragrance Purr in Cologne, Germany.
For her in-store appearance at Parfuemerie Douglas, Mrs. Brand showed off her famous assets in a lavender Herve Leger bandage dress and silver metallic heels.
Very purr-dy.
