She’s had the best Halloween outfits her whole life apparently!
Just a day after her 29th birthday, Katy Perry shared with the world the most amazing picture of her when she was a young girl.
Is everyone sure it’s Halloween and not Thanksgiving? Because we’re very thankful towards the pop star for showing us her a little one dressed in a Sailor Moon outfit!

Aww! We would LOVE if she brought this retro dress back out for any future Halloweens!
She would definitely have to make it longer – it obviously would barely fit her now!
Although we’re sure a ton of guys wouldn’t mind if she stayed with the original size! Lolz!
