Party on you two!!
Keanu Reeves‘ may be mostly known for his work with The Matrix for most young people these days, but to older folks… well, he’ll always be our favorite Cali kid from the movie Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure and its sequel Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey.
Well, it turns out that Keanu will be helping out his old friend and co-star from those movies — Alex Winter — and the way he’ll be helping him out is by narrating Alex’s new documentary Deep Web!

The doc will focus on the arrest of the creator of the online drug market Silk Road Ross William Ulbricht.
Winter has written, directed, and produced the film and he’s VERY smart in nabbing Keanu’s sexy voice for his movie.
The documentary will premiere at SXSW on Sunday and will mark the first collaboration between these two former movie best friends in 22 years!
Here’s what Keanu said about their collaboration:
“I’m honored to be working with Alex Winter on his timely and vital documentary. The Silk Road and trial of Ross Ulbricht involve many important and complex issues that impact the life of Mr. Ulbricht and us all.”
We can’t wait to see how this collaboration turns out in the finished product and we have a feeling you’ll be as excited as we are to see this once you watch the documentary’s ah-mazing trailer!
