No Worries! Keith Richards Is Still In Pirates!

Though there was speculation that he might not be, a Disney spokesperson has come forward to confirm that Keith Richards will in fact be in Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. Rumors that he had been cut, the spokesperson announced, were “unfounded and not true.”
Even the movie’s Facebook page confirmed the Rolling Stones involvement, posting:

“Fear not Pirates fans, we are happy to confirm that Keith Richards will be returning as Captain Teague in Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, setting sail May 2011!”

Phew! Good!
His brief appearance in the last one was pretty amazing, so we look forward to Keith coming back for more!
