Kellan Lutz recently was at the Odeon Point Village in Dublin, Ireland this past Wednesday for the premiere of Tarzan there!
But something very special happened that we were not expecting!
Lutz met with an injured fan of his named Jennifer Howard, and their picture together was pure perfection!
