Kelly Clarkson Reveals She Was 'Blackmailed' Into Collaborating With Dr. Luke! See Why She Says You Can't Trust His Lies!

Many female musicians have voiced their support for Kesha amid her ongoing legal battle with Dr. Luke.
And though Kelly Clarkson isn’t weighing in on the allegations that the famous producer drugged and raped the pop star, she did give him a particularly scathing review in a recent radio interview.

Speaking on Australia’s KIIS FM on Monday, the American Idol winner branded Luke “demeaning,” revealing she was once “blackmailed” into working with him!
She said:

“The last time I worked with him I only worked with him because literally I got blackmailed by my label. It was a really hard time for me. They were like, ├óΓé¼╦£We will not put your label out if you don’t do this.'”

Clarkson, who collaborated with the 42-year-old on her old hits like Since U Been Gone and Behind These Hazel Eyes, explained it’s not the best experience working with him in the studio. She added:

“We’ve clashed before. He’s difficult to work with, he’s kind of demeaning. Obviously he’s a talented dude but he’s lied a lot. Musically it’s been really hard for me because he will just lie to people and it makes the artist look bad.”

Hmmm… could that be a subtle dig to Luke denying that he ever sexually assaulted Kesha?

Even though the Piece By Piece songstress didn’t have many positive opinions of the producer, she made it clear that Dr. Luke “never did anything like that [alleged sexual assault] to me.”
As for her being pressured to work with Luke by her own label, the 33-year-old said that her entire touring crew’s financial dependency on her is what caused her to cave, explaining:

“We have a whole crew to support…people that depend on us for their livelihood so sometimes you have to make decisions that you just have to swallow that pill.”

It sounds like Clarkson is alluding to some serious pressure that labels put on their artists from personal experience.
