What?! We were expecting a giant southern wedding!
Kelly Clarkson appeared on Ellen DeGeneres‘ show on Tuesday and gushed about her boyfriend Brandon Blackstock.
The Catch My Breath singer has been telling everyone who will listen how much she loves her man, and even thought she’d be engaged by summer. That didn’t happen, but she knows it will! Kelly said:
“Everyone thinks we are [engaged]. We’re not. We’ve actually been dating for nine months. We are totally going to get married. We love each other. We are totally going to get married one day… I mean, he’s got to put it a ring at some point.├óΓé¼┬¥
Exactly, so why rush?! Just enjoy being together. A ring doesn’t determine your love. And there’s lots of amazing jewelry besides rings that Brandon can buy her in the meantime.
She shocked us, though, when she said what her wedding will be like, explaining, ├óΓé¼┼ôHonestly, I’ve never been the girl to plan a wedding… We will totally, probably elope.├óΓé¼┬¥
Well, she doesn’t call herself Miss Independent for nothing! LOLZ!
