Kelly Osbourne should have pulled a Kim Kardashian and called the Fashion Police on herself!
She was all kinds on shiny on Wednesday at the E!’s photocall in Mexico City wearing a silver H&M peplum dress, a super long, super high purple ponytail and navy blue Yves Saint Laurent pumps.
The hair is very Madonna and Delfina Delettrez cross earrings are fab, but the rest of her look is nothing to Vogue about.
