Kelly Osbourne is signing off!
The Fashion Police co-host gave E! her walking papers today.
The 30-year-old threatened to quit earlier this week, after her co-host Giuliana Rancic made insensitive comments about Zendaya‘s hair at the Oscars.

Giuliana publicly apologized to Zendaya and Kelly seemingly moved on. But sources reveal Kelly has been discontent with Fashion Police even before the hair controversy.
Kelly — who has been on the show since 2010 — was reportedly unhappy with the show’s revamp after Joan Rivers passed away last year. Kathy Griffin was brought in as Joan’s replacement, and Brad Goreski replaced George Kotsiopoulos.

The network released the following statement Friday afternoon:

“Kelly Osbourne is departing E!s Fashion Police to pursue other opportunities, and we would like to thank her for her many contributions to the series over the past five years, during which time the show became a hit with viewers. Fashion Police will return, as scheduled, on Friday, March 30th at 9:00 p.m. and no decisions have been made on her replacement.”

We’ve reached out to Kelly’s rep for comment.
At least she waited until awards season was over
