Kelly Osbourne was spotted laughing with a friend while taking her dog Sandy to the vet for a check-up at the TLC Pet Medical Center in West Hollywood.
That dog is just too cute!
We’re glad Kelly is such a good pet owner and takes such good care of her dogs.
