Kelly Ripa's Electrifying In Blue

Kelly Ripa served up a blue light dress special at the TV Land Awards this weekend.
The Mistress of Ceremonies strutted her stuff down the black carpet in a belted silk-gazar Jason Wu dress and black pumps.
We’re having mixed feelings about this dress because while it’s pretty, the length doesn’t work on someone as petite as Kelly.
