In what’s turning out to be an ugly ugly custody battle, soon-to-be-ex-husband of Gossip Girl actress Kelly Rutherford, Daniel Giersch, has to turn over his visa and visa app to Rutherford’s attorney within the next week.
The move suggests that there may be some concern over Giersch up and running with their kids, Hermes and Helena, back to his native Germany.
Behave like adults, damnit!
