Camille Grammer better get her lawyers on the phone and fast!
According to court documents filed today by Kelsey Grammer, her ex is after sole physical custody of their two kids.
But why??? And why NOW?
Apparently the two have been at it over the child custody terms for a while now, and Kelsey is now asking for joint legal but sole physical custody of the children, ages 6 and 9.
If the kids are already having emotional issues over their dad moving out, won’t moving them from Los Angeles to Chicago to be with him just cause more stress on them?
Sources who know Camille say she has always been willing to give Kelsey 50/50 custody, but we guess that just wasn’t good enough for him.
