The supermodel was the talk of the town last year, but instead of hitting up the opening ceremony Wednesday, she was spotted out to lunch in Encino, California.

The 19-year-old was stuck filming an upcoming episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians — but at least it gave her a reason to rock this crazy chic cream tunic and the matching skinnies!
Hopefully she isn’t too upset about missing all the red carpets. Of course, we wouldn’t blame her if she was!
