Kendra couldn’t be kept from the TV world for long!
Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett has inked a new deal with WE TV to star in her new reality show, Kendra On Top. She joins Cyndi Lauper‘s new show as WE TV has greenlit both projects.
While she acknowledges that her show’s title can be taken as a double entendre (we can’t resist the temptation!), Kendra is strictly business about her new show.
Kendra said the following about why her show has a funky title:
Of course you can look at it however you want to look at it, but the reason we named it that was because everyone said, ‘Kendra, you’re the most fit, you’re the best wife, you’ve got the best family.’ Everyone’s been saying those words to me so we summed it all up
You can take it and play with it and have fun with it. I’m OK with it, ‘cuz I’m a free person, I’m open. That’s the fun part of it, but the real meaning is where my life is now.
WE has ordered 14 episodes of the new series, with a one hour premiere and one hour finale. After parting ways with E!, Kendra believes the new network has injected her with a new zest on life.
Hubby Hank also gets his part of the show (on the bottom?), exploring his business side and life after football.
We’re excited to see the brand new Kendra on WE TV and back On Top!
