Kenneth Cole is trying hard to put his past, negative Twitter remarks behind him and prevent them from happening again.
If you recall, last month Cole took to his Twitter and posted the message:

“Millions are in uproar in #Cairo. Rumor is they heard our new spring collection is now available online at http://bit.ly/KCairo -KC”

Thankfully, he apologized shortly after.
And now during a recent preview of his fall 2011 collection, Cole opened up about the situation. Somewhat.
When asked who comes up with all of his witty advertising slogans, Cole revealed:

“There is one person who really does all of that. One very demented guy who shares all of his thoughts.
That’s why I love Twitter. Advertising only happens a few times a year, the ads and the billboards, but Twitter happens all the time.
I have a tendency to put my foot in my mouth. Now, my tweets go through a filter!
