UPDATE, 7:10 p.m. ET, Sunday December 30 — Spacey is back out and about again on Sunday…
The actor wore a “Retired Since 2017” hat when he was spotted out on the street handing delivered pizza to paparazzi who had been waiting to take pictures of him. Maybe that nice gesture will go over well with the photogs, but Spacey definitely isn’t out of hot water yet…

Saturday marks the very first time Kevin Spacey has resurfaced in the public eye in more than a year — and new pics capture him living on the east coast, trying to keep a low profile.
The House of Cards actor — who recently produced that really weird in-character video that had everyone scratching their heads — has been trying to lay low since various sexual assault allegations came out against him a year ago.

But now, TMZ has the pics showing Spacey “somewhere on the East Coast” hanging out on a balcony with his dog by his side… and later, jumping into a waiting SUV with his face almost completely covered by a mask.

It’s interesting… not sure why they aren’t more specific than “somewhere on the East Coast,” but Spacey still at least has some privacy cover with notes like that.
Regardless, he’s still facing serious felony charges over the sexual assault allegations and he could serve a few years in jail if it comes to that.
The court battle ahead will be a long one, but things are probably far from over for Kevin Spacey. For now, at least, this is his first known re-surfacing in about a year’s time. Damn!!!
