Kid Cudi Smokes Where He Wants, Apparently

Kid Cudi got busted at the VMAs for smoking a cigarette while Lady GaGa went up on stage to accept an award.

It’s a non smoking venue.

Yeah, sure, GaGa Jo Calderone was up there smokin’ his cigarette, but we’re relatively sure it wasn’t real. Cudi’s, however, was — and he got asked to put it out by Usher.

Oops, we mean an usher, not Usher.
