This is so amazing!
A new mother in Quebec, Melissa McMahon, suffered an awful situation that left her panic stricken when her day-old daughter was kidnapped!!
Apparently an amber alert was issued in Trois-Rivieres, Canada, after a young woman disguised herself as a nurse, walked into a hospital maternity ward and just grabbed a baby!
That’s when Melissa’s hubby Simon Boisclair sprung into action, posting on Facebook:
“Help us please, after one day our daughter has been stolen.”
He then shared a description of the vehicle.
What happened next is just incredible… a group of people saw the Facebook post and decided to head out and find the car.
What’s amazing is that once they saw a picture of the suspect from a hospital surveillance video, one of them recognized the suspect from high school!
That’s nuts! What’re the odds??
After heading to the suspect’s apartment and then seeing the suspect vehicle outside, they called the cops.
It didn’t take long for the cops to get the baby and bring her back to her momma. It actually only took about three hours from kidnapping to being reunited!
That’s so amazing! Glad this woman got her baby back!
Best part? Her baby is named Victoria! For victory! So so so glad everything worked out.
