According to Star magazine, Kiefer Sutherland and his second wife, Kelly Winn, are back on!

The two split in 1999 after three years of marriage but filed for divorce 5 years later!! Even though their split was legalized in 2008, the sparks are still there!

“She really understands him and his quirks, and once the pressure was off to fix the marriage, he relaxed and became more open with her. He’s finally realized he never should have left Kelly,” says a source.

Maybe she can keep him on the straight and narrow!
