Kiefer's Off The Hook!

As predicted, the case against Kiefer Sutherland for headbutting Jack McCollough amounted to nothing. 
The Manhattan District Attorney just threw out the case against the temperamental thesp because, according to sources, “officials determined it was a petty matter that did not rise to the level of criminal conduct.”
Luckily for Sutherland, the LA City Attorney feels similarly underwhelmed by the case and will not attempt to use it against Kiefer’s probation.
Boyfriend needs to get that anger under control! Does nothing but get him into trouble, even when he does get out of it scott free.
