Did Kim Delaney Have A Meltdown At A Charity Event Last Night?

She sure as hell didn’t have a great night!
Last night, Kim Delaney was asked to speak at an event at the National Constitution Center, honoring Robert Gates.
The Army Wive star, who has a history of substance abuse problems, staggered up to the stage to make what was planned to be a heartfelt speech. Instead, a disheveled and clearly altered Kim rambled through her speech, taking uncomfortable pauses and skipping over words in mumbled speech. Then, before she was even finished with her presentation, she was escorted off the stage by a crew member, the audience visibly uncomfortable as she was taken away.
What the heck is wrong with her? Alcohol? Drugs? In her defense, we’re told that the teleprompter was having some problems, so the jumping around in the speech wasn’t really her fault. But look at how disoriented she is in the video (above)! That has nothing to do with anything but herself!
She was on something, that is for sure!
