Kim Kardashian! Whatchu know about that no carb life??
Apparently a lot, since the new mommy and reality star is on a modified version of the Atkins diet to help her lose the baby weight! We’re seriously SO impressed by her dedication, whether or not we think moms don’t necessarily need to lose it all right away!
It was her choice to lose what she gained before having Nori, and we’re proud of her for being soooo on top of it!
Here’s what she said in response to a follower on Twitter demanding to know what she’s doing to look so great:
“I’ve actually been doing the Atkins diet & luv it.”
What that means, a rep from Atkins says, is that:
“She is eating lots of lean proteins, healthy fats like nuts and avocado, fruits, veggies and cheese. She wanted to be a healthy, nursing mom and not toxify her milk with her diet or lose weight too quickly. She’s been doing Atkins since her doctor approved it at the end of June.”
Amazeballz!
She’s looking fab, and we’ve been wondering what’s been going on — you know, other than super early morning Bootcamp sessions!
Now we know!!
