Kim Kardashian faces a $100 million lawsuit over her Kimojis.
According to TMZ on Tuesday, app developer David Liebensohn and his CensorOut business partners teamed up with the KUWTK star in 2014 to create animated emojis about the reality TV personality.

Per legal docs, the deal allegedly ensured Liebensohn and his team for 60 percent, while Kanye West‘s wife would file and pay for the trademark paperwork for “Kimoji.”
However, in August 2014, Kardashian informed Liebensohn that one of his partners shared some of her personal information, which led to her backing out of their agreement.
While Liebensohn claims Kim and her team pressured him into dropping the case, he refused.
He also claimed that she knew about the alleged leak of her personal info prior to the deal, but still used it as an excuse to cancel.
Ultimately, Liebensohn wants millions for alleged breach of contract, alleged fraud, and alleged would-be Kimoji profits.
Later that day, Kim’s lawyer, Marty Singer, issued the following statement denying the allegations:

“The lawsuit filed against Kim Kardashian is ridiculous and absurd. The parties entered into a binding settlement agreement 2014 in which Kim gave up multi-million dollar claims against Mr. Liebensohn and his partners. Mr. Liebensohn waited more than 4 years to claim the agreement wasn’t binding on him. Kim commenced an arbitration in December 2018, and after Mr. Liebensohn was unsuccessful in stopping the arbitration he filed this meritless lawsuit. We feel very confident we will get the case dismissed.”

Another day, another KarJenner lawsuit!
