The pregnant star looked regal in a caped Valentino white gown with a floor-sweeping train that perfectly glided over her curves and her belly!
The dress was enhanced with some of Kim’s favorite accessories, including a gold choker, dark nail polish, and a middle-parted slick hairdo.
And her makeup was pretty low-key for the night! By her standards anyway…
