Kim Kardashian Feels 'Trapped' In Unhealthy Kanye West Marriage: SOURCE

Kim Kardashian West has been fighting to help her husband Kanye West, but the battle is definitely taking its toll.

Most recently, Kim visited the rapper’s Wyoming ranch to try to work things out after West’s erratic behavior over the last month. However, after an extremely emotional reunion, the reality star promptly returned to LA… leaving her husband behind.

In the wake of KKW’s stay at the ranch, a source for People gave some insight to her mindset. They shared:

“This is a very sad time for her. She’s really upset.”

Understandably so, considering Kanye made a lot of their private business very public, through his now-infamous campaign rally and Twitter rants. Rumor had it that the Yeezy founder was ignoring Kim’s calls, even as he was calling her out online. The Ultralight Beam artist posted a public apology, and was reportedly encouraged by pals like Justin Bieber to reach out to his wife. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like any reconciliation has yet been reached.

The insider continued:

“Kim feels trapped. She loves Kanye and she thinks of him as the love of her life. But she doesn’t know what to do.”

Sources close to the couple have said the KUWTK star has taken divorce off the table, at least until her husband is healthy (although the subject has been discussed). But we worry that putting ‘Ye first means that Kim might be neglecting her own well-being.

She apparently feels that, too. According to this insider, Kim may not be down for divorce, but a separation — and we mean a serious geographical one, between California and Wyoming — is exactly what she needs:

“Kim was thinking that they need to be apart. She knows that it’s not healthy for her to be around him now, and it’s honestly not healthy for the kids. He needs to get his stuff together before he can be any sort of partner or father.”

The source added:

“Kim wants the best for Kanye. And she will always want what’s best for him.”

An Us Weekly insider had previously hinted at the difficulty of Kim’s position. They revealed:

“Kim flew to Wyoming to plea with Kanye to get help and try and figure out some sort of resolution for the two of them and their family. Kim has always tried to be there for, support and help Kanye in any way she can, but the way he has been acting and behaving in recent months has taken a toll on her and become a huge burden.”

It sure seems like the SKIMS founder is fighting tooth and nail, at the expense of her own mental health. It’s especially difficult when you’re trying to help someone who doesn’t want to be helped, as Kim hinted in her statement about Kanye’s behavior.

Kim has clearly been doing her best, and we really feel for her through all this struggle. Thank goodness she has a strong support system to lift her up during this difficult time.
