Of course they do!
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have officially taken the next step in their relationship. They’re in talks with Salma Hayek‘s hubby, Fran├â┬ºois-Henri Pinault, to help invest in their new footwear collection.
They were seen lunching at the swanky Eastern Yacht Club in Marblehead, Mass. on Wednesday going over ideas.
In fact, an eyewitness said:
“Kim and Kanye had lunch with Francois the other day at the yacht club because they’re trying to negotiate a shoe deal with him. Francois’ company owns Louis Vuitton, which Kim and Kanye are obviously both big fans of. Nothing is set in stone yet, but they├óΓé¼Γäóre really excited about the potential footwear line.”
It may sound strange, but when you think about it, it almost makes sense.
We’ll explain: A couple years back Kanye teamed up with Louis Vuitton to design sneakers and then there’s Kim who has ShoeDazzle.com and a footwear line under the Kardashian Kollection.
We’re still a little confused why a prestigious and luxurious company like PPR would want to associate with a reality star, but we guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
If anything, at least we know what to expect.
