Kim Kardashian West continues to use her platform to raise awareness about something very near and dear to her heart.
As a response to that Wall Street Journal advertisement paid for by Turkic Platform effectively denying the genocide of 1.5 million Armenians back in 1915 — the Armenian Educational Foundation took out a full-page ad of their own in the New York Times using the reality star’s original blog post from back in April to blast the WSJ.
As you may recall, “no stranger to BS in the press,” the 35-year-old denounced the outlet for agreeing to run such a “shameful and unacceptable” ad at the beginning of this year.

At the time, KKW penned to her website:
“For the Wall Street Journal to publish something like this is reckless, upsetting and dangerous. It’s one thing when a crappy tabloid profits from a made-up scandal, but for a trusted publication like WSJ to profit from genocide ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ it’s shameful and unacceptable.”
Kanye West‘s wife also blasted the trusted publication’s stance that is was publishing a “provocative viewpoint” by arguing:
“Advocating the denial of a genocide by the country responsible for it — that’s not publishing a ‘provocative viewpoint,’ that’s spreading lies. It’s totally morally irresponsible, and most of all, it’s dangerous.”
Tell ’em how you really feel, Kimmy!
The Armenian Educational Foundation used Kim’s poignant letter to relay their own message, all the while thanking the KUWTK star for putting a spotlight on the issue.
