The pregnant reality star is visiting the City of Light again and hanging out with bestie Olivier Rousteing.

She was spotted on Tuesday doing some shopping while being followed around by a mob of fans and paparazzi. Naturally!
The 34-year-old was looking clean and crisp in a very tight light gray skirt and a white wrap top with a low-cut neckline.
