Well, no one is surprised. We just hope these same people are giving her all the support and love she needs. That’s what she really needs right now – not a bunch of naysayers screaming, “I told ya so!”
It was announced earlier today that Kim Richards from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills entered rehab today to combat her alcohol addiction. Friends and family of the reality and former child star are speaking out, but they don’t have too much to say that isn’t laced with negativity.
For one thing, a source close to Kim says that she spent this past Thanksgiving “stumbling and stuttering” through the holiday; a normal occurrence for her on a daily basis. However, this same source doesn’t put too much stock in Kim’s attempt to better herself, saying:
“She has been in rehab so many times. She almost died of alcohol poisoning several years ago. Her youngest daughter found her passed out on the floor and called 911 and saved her life.”
Sad. But that was then. This is now, and maybe she’s really trying to learn from her mistakes.
We’re disappointed in the people in her life for not giving her enough credit. If she’s in rehab and she went willingly, that must mean she is ready to at least try and turn her life around. That’s all we can ask of her right now.
Where’s Kyle in all this? We bet she’ll stand by her sister!
