Footage of Milania Giudice‘s arrest has emerged…
Back in May, Teresa Giudice‘s 20-year-old daughter was busted in New Jersey for “simple assault” and “purposely/knowingly causing a bodily injury” after her sister, Gabriella Giudice, called the cops on her for “acting erratically” and “throwing things” at the reality star’s home. A judge later revealed Milania allegedly punched a victim with the initials “LR” in the head, “causing redness to the middle of the victim’s forehead” during a domestic dispute. Now we are seeing footage of the college student’s arrest!

According to a video from the Montville Police Department and obtained by Page Six on Friday, a handcuffed Milania is seen being placed into the back of a cop car by officers. She appears to scoff while talking to one officer who is putting her seatbelt on for her, but then looks toward the open door, laughs, and faces forward again with a smile on her face. Milania then proceeds to sit quietly during the ride to the police station, where she was booked on the simple assault charge.

Miliana looked like she wasn’t taking her arrest too seriously, but perhaps she should! This is no laughing matter! If found guilty of “simple assault,” she faces up to 6 months in jail, probation, and over $500 in fines! Whoa! The Real Housewives of New Jersey star’s daughter pleaded not guilty at this time, but we’ll see what happens in the end!
