Kim gets emotional after her DWTS performance!
Kim Zolciak-Biermann
really seems to be doing so much better after her recent heart surgery and mini-stroke.
In fact, the Tardy For The Party starlet was doing well enough that she was able to make her return to Dancing With The Stars for the finale on Tuesday night!
While she didn’t win, the 37-year-old did have an emotional moment after her I Dream of Jeannie-themed dance.

Kim opened up in a new interview, admitting:

“I really got choked up being there and being down├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ducking down [near the genie bottle]├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥and realizing I’m back. I really love the show. I didn’t think I was going to love it like I did. To have a stroke and heart surgery three weeks ago and be back here├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥it’s like nothing else matters. I don’t care if I just twirled around on the stage├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥I didn’t care! I remember just eight weeks ago the pressure I put on myself just to be perfect.”

We’re so glad to hear it!
Kim definitely bounced back and she’s not taking anything for granted, which speaking of her recent health problems, she dished:

“With six kids you don’t really have time to slow down. You know, I don’t think I’ve really processed all of it because it’s been such a whirlwind for me. At 37 you never think you’re gonna go through something like this. Although I never really felt right during this whole process in the beginning. It’s just basically you need to listen to yourself.”

The former Real Housewives Of Atlanta star even posted a touching video to Instagram following the show. Catch it (below)!
