It’s like Coldplay all over again – except Kings Of Leon have yet to admit they made a boo-boo.
Awhile back, Ryan Murphy’s people went to the band to ask if they could use one of their songs on his hit show Glee. You might have heard of it, but guess who hadn’t?
The entire band! So, their decision to turn down the offer was based off of nothing more than their own ignorance. Still, months later, they’re still talking about turning the offer down. Guitarist Matthew Followill explained to sources:
“Everyone took it so seriously when we said no to Glee because it’s everyone’s favorite show. But we just had never really seen the show, we didn’t know what it’s about. They just said, ‘Hey, do you want your music to be on Glee,’ and we said, ‘No, I don’t think so. We don’t want to.'”
Well, the real question is, do you want to now, now that you know what a MEGA force the show has become for not only themselves but for the artists they cover?!
Well?
