Dancing does the body good!
Kirstie Alley has been training hard in order to compete on Dancing with the Stars and has been losing weight because of it.
She tweeted:
HERES a tip for any weightloss plan…DANCE 4 or 5 hours a day…sorta starts melting off …..but who has the time for that?…oh…. I do
We can’t wait to see what she looks like on the show!
