The selfie. It’s the most loved/hated practice of modern day camera phone owners.
No matter what your opinion is on selfies, there’s one way to make sure it’s cute and loved by everyone, every time. Wild Life Sydney Zoo knows the secret: have an animal take the selfie!!
When the zoo set up a cool new camera on a branch in the koala enclosure, the resident koalas, Bruce, Aaron and Bill (super normal names, we know), started taking selfies!
The koalas took some shots and posted them online, taking over the zoo’s instagram!
One of the cuties took a funny selfie (above) with some food in his mouth, writing:
“Like #seafood? How about #SEEfood?! #lol #yolo #swag #fuzzyhairdontcare”
Just kidding! Those koalas can’t hashtag on that level! LOLz!
The pic was actually captioned:
“We think they took this one just to spite us, because we told them people don’t want to see photos of their meal… #koalaQXselfie #instatakeover #sony #WILDLIFE #Sydney #Zoo”
Ha! That’s so cute! We wanna take a selfie with a koala!
Oh and if you’re wondering, the camera actually automatically takes a photo when animal nears it.
Still super cute, though! Check out some more cute pics (below) of the selfie takers!
