Clearly, we have lots of questions this morning after news leaked that Kourtney Kardashian showed up at Luka Sabbat‘s 21st birthday party in WeHo last night!

See, the 39-year-old KUWTK star was spotted leaving the Peppermint Club *alongside* her 21-year-old ex very early Tuesday morning, which would be in direct contradiction with earlier reports that suggested their fling had ENDED a while back!
Hmm…
The on-again, off-again pair seemed to be off for good not so long ago, and nothing ever really seemed TOO serious between ’em — think of it as a fun fling for Kourt after Younes Bendjima, more than anything — but here they are spotted again in the public eye!
Makes you wonder — is there something more going on?!

But if we look back at what sources have had to say about this unlikely pair in the past, maybe that’ll clear it up… after all, an insider previously told People that the on-again, off-again nature of the relationship here shouldn’t come as a surprise (below):
