Kourtney Kardashian has something to say!!
Poor Kourt has been very open about her struggles with IVF along with husband Travis Barker — but for some reason people can’t stop asking if she’s pregnant! The excitement is understandable, everyone wants the pair to get pregnant after all their problems with fertility, but asking under Instagram posts just isn’t the time! And this has been going on for a while…
Perezcious readers know the A-list couple have had many ups and downs along their fertility journey, but they just can’t seem to dodge the speculation!

Most recently, in January, rumors started again when The Kardashians star shared a carousel of pictures on Instagram of her and her rockstar hubby from their Christmas Eve party. In one of the snapshots, she could be seen cuddling up with him as she has a hand on her stomach. Not long after that, she shared some photos of herself wearing baggy clothes which further led people to believe she was attempting to hide a baby bump. The 43-year-old socialite subtly shut it down by posting pics of herself enjoying some alcohol — setting the record straight that she wasn’t expecting!
But now here we go all over again…
In her most recent post to the ‘gram, the Poosh founder shared some behind-the-scenes action from a recent photoshoot. Noticing the changes in her body, fans took to the comments to bring up those old pregnancy speculations again. One fan wrote:
“Is she pregnant”
To which the 42-year-old reality star replied on Thursday:
“I only acknowledge this comment bc I do think it’s important to know how IVF affects women’s bodies and it’s not spoken about much. Also are we still asking women if they’re pregnant?”
Mic drop.
Kourtney is right! In vitro fertilization can cause temporary changes to the body. According to doctors, high estrogen levels during superovulation can lead to fluid retention and cause weight gain for some women. It’s only temporary in most cases, but the changes are noticeable.
All in all, though, why are we still making comments on each others’ bodies? If and when Kourt wants us to know she’s expecting, she’ll tell us on her own terms!
