As we reported, Kim Zolciak-Biermann is on the mend after a successful heart surgery that was scheduled after her stroke scare last month. While the Don’t Be Tardy star is always vocal about the amazing support she receives from her family, it appears her husband Kroy Biermann went above and beyond for this procedure!
The Atlanta Falcons football player had Kim’s heart… on his toes!

The 37-year-old reality star took to Instagram on Wednesday to show Kroy had his big toes painted to look like a heart monitor for her recent hospitalization. The television personality penned:
“Kroys toes for my surgery ├ó┬¥┬ñ├»┬╕┬Å if that isn’t love I don’t know what is!!”

The defensive end also took to Twitter to thank fans for the support:
