It’s Christmas in… uh… *checks month* August!
The Kardashians got us all in the spirit last night with a very Christmas-party-themed episode of KUWTK that was high on family drama and heavy on a LOT of pregnancies!

ICYMI last night, you can catch a little teaser of some of what happened on the show (above)… for more, though, here’s our quick recap of everything new that you need to know after last night’s brand new episode of KUWTK:
–Nothing is resolved between Kim, Khloé, and Kourtney! The three sisters had their impromptu therapy session a couple weeks ago, but it didn’t take — tensions are still rising between the three, and as Kim noted in a confessional on last night’s show, “we’ve just all been kind of walking on eggshells around each other.” Not a great place to be!!
–That tension escalated when Kourt expressed the (unpopular) opinion to her family that Scott Disick shouldn’t attend the infamous annual Kardashian Christmas party. Kim immediately jumped down Kourt’s throat about it, pointing out Scott is part of the family with three children by Kourt, but it fell on deaf ears. Kendall quickly came to Kourt’s defense, as Khlo (meekly) took Kim’s side.
–Speaking of Kendall, she was up in arms at Kris Jenner over Christmas party invitations, as well: the sometimes-controversial super model wanted her father, Caitlyn, at the party — against Kris’ original wishes. Compared to the Scott drama, though, Kris wasn’t as keen to budge on this request…

–After what seems like the sisters’ millionth fight in a matter of a few weeks, things clearly were getting to Kourtney… so much so that she started planning on taking her children out of town for Christmas. Kendall got word of that plan, and relayed it back to Kim. Not surprisingly, KKW Flipped. The. F**k. Out. “She drives me so crazy, I just don’t even know what to do,” Kim said at one point about Kourt. “I just think, given everything that’s gone on, the last thing we need is separation like this.” Not a bad point!!
–If you’re as sick of Christmas party drama as we are by now, though, don’t worry — it resolved itself! Kourtney ultimately decided to stay at home for Christmas and, while we’re certain this isn’t the last we’ll hear of tensions between the three sisters, at least things are put to bed… for now.
–Elsewhere in the Kardashian universe, Khloé and Kylie were both dealing with pregnancies, and Khlo was starting to get frustrated about Kylie’s indecisiveness on whether to publicly announce hers or not. With Kylie three months ahead, her older sister was more than willing to cede the spotlight for the makeup mogul, but Kylie waffled again and again on whether to take it. Eventually… a decision: Kylie wouldn’t announce, at all, so Khloé could step into the spotlight herself.

–Finally, a little levity. If there’s one thing the Kardashians do particularly well, it’s pranking each other — and last night’s episode had it as good as ever. Not only did Kim & Khloé tee-pee Kris’ house (people still do that?!), but Kim was at one point able to convince Kris that Kourtney was poisoning her food. Seriously. In reality, a change in medication was having an effect on Kris’ well-being, but Kim sowed the seeds of doubt to legit make Kris wonder whether Kourt was poisoning her. Those girls!!!
