Kylie Jenner took some time away from her epic girls getaway to Turks and Caicos on Monday to impart words of wisdom with her followers.
In a rare lengthy caption, the 21-year-old opened up about about what “growing up in the light with a million eyes” on her has been like, as well as her “internal ups and downs,” including her struggle with anxiety.

Stormi Webster‘s momma penned her message to Instagram (below), accompanied by an envy-inducing sunset pic:
“I’m proud of myself, my heart, and my strength. growing up in the light with a million eyes on you just isn’t normal. I’ve lost friends along the way and I’ve lost myself too sometimes. my first tattoo was ‘sanity’ to remind myself everyday to keep it. I’ve struggled with anxiety my whole young adult life and after my baby i dealt with all the internal ups and downs. I felt like i had to find myself completely again.”
We’re sure she’s had a rough few months losing Jordyn Woods as her longtime BFF! The Kylie Cosmetics founder continued, writing:
“I keep a whole lot to myself but just wanted to share and let you know I’m human. my life is not perfect and what you see here on social media is just the surface. be gentle with yourself, move on, and let go. we are all capable of great things, worthy of love, and allowed to express ourselves. do more of what makes you happy and be unapologetic. now is your season ✨ we all have a magnificent destiny.”

As we wrote, in a teaser scene from the Season 17 premiere of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, big sis Khloé Kardashian asked the makeup mogul if she misses Woods. Ky divulged similar feelings to the sentiments (above), confessing:
“I think that this whole Jordyn situation needed to happen for a reason. For me, for you, for everybody. [Jordyn] was my security blanket. She lived with me. We did everything together. I just felt like, ‘Oh, I have Jordyn. I don’t need anything else.’… There’s a part of me that needed to grow without her. Sometimes people are there for certain reasons at certain times in your life and then not there for others.'”
In response, KoKo said:
“I really respect in you that you’re really good at being calm even when you probably do want to scream at someone… It’s inspiring. Everything’s supposed to happen for a reason. I feel like this is the season to filter through the bulls**t. And you know, only the strong and loyal will survive.”

And apparently 2019 is the year of Kylie letting go of betrayers (cough, cough Tristan Thompson and Jordy), as Khloé commented on her sister’s new post with:
