The Sweet Way Kylie Kelce Told Her Dad He Was Going To Be A Grandfather!

Kylie Kelce is taking a walk down memory lane!

In Thursday’s episode of Not Gonna Lie, Jason Kelce‘s wife told the story of how she revealed to her dad she was going to have a baby! Back in 2019, she gave birth to her first daughter, Wyatt Elizabeth. But before she welcomed her little one to the world, she sat down with her dad Ed McDevitt to break the news.

She explained:

“My mom found out the first time that we were pregnant pretty early on because I was struggling. When we told my dad, we actually asked him, ‘Are you ready to be a Skeeter?’ My dad’s grandfather name is Skeeter.”

Aww! How special!

The mom of four continued, saying she and her sister discovered the “Skeeter” nickname when they were just kids — and she’s been planning on her dad being “Skeeter” ever since. She said of his reaction:

“We said, ‘Are you ready to be a Skeeter?’ And he had big feelings about that. He was very excited.”

That’s SO stinkin’ sweet!

Of course, she and Jason now have 4 kids, and she says when she kept telling people she was having more, they’d react like:

“They’re like, ‘Oh, congratulations. By the fourth one, people are like, ‘Congrats. You know, you guys don’t have to touch each other?’ Every so often, when you say you have four kids, people look at you like, ‘do you guys know about contraceptives?'”
