It appears that Lady GaGa was very much caught in a bad romance with Christian Carino — even after they split back in February.
An Us Weekly source revealed the Oscar winner has been “hounded” by her former fiancé in the months since she called off their engagement, claiming the talent agent had trouble letting their relationship go.

The insider dished:
“She’s been hounded by Christian. She told him not to contact her.”
Yikes. Things had to be pretty intense for GaGa to go all Telephone on his ass…
As we reported, fans noticed that the couple, who started dating in February 2017 and secretly got engaged that summer, may have been on the rocks when the 33-year-old attended the Grammy Awards solo — and without her engagement ring — in February. Shortly after, it was confirmed that GaGa had ended things with the 49-year-old, who once worked as her talent agent.
Around the time of their breakup announcement, sources revealed that Christian “didn’t treat GaGa very well” near the end, telling Us:
“He was jealous. He was trying to find her all the time and texted her a lot. Her friends didn’t like him either.”
Sure, some might argue that receiving lots of texts from one’s fiancé shouldn’t be a bad thing; but it sounds like Christian may have been a bit too demanding for the A Star Is Born actress in general.
A second insider told Us their relationship was “a bit toxic.” Since the breakup, however, the songstress has been “enjoying her life.”
Specifically, enjoying spending some quality time with fellow actor Jeremy Renner…
Following GaGa’s split from Carino, sources said she had “been spending a lot of time” and “hanging out” with the Avengers: Endgame star and his six-year-old daughter Ava, telling Us:
“[Gaga has] really leaned on Jeremy in the weeks after [her relationship with Carino] ended… They’ve become super close and hang out all the time.”
The insider noted that the hangouts didn’t appear to be “romantic” at the time, so it’s unclear whether the two were just hanging out as friends or were having a fun fling.
Either way, Renner seems like the guy who’d be quite parsimonious with his texts.
Before her relationship with Carino, GaGa was engaged to Chicago Fire star Taylor Kinney from February 2015 to July 2016. Unlike her most recent breakup, the singer and actor appeared to end their romance amicably.
