Before cutting the ribbon to her workshop, Lady GaGa made a quick appearance at the 39th International Emmy Awards last night.
The Marry the Night presented the International Emmy Founders award to Nigel Lythgoe in a black Stephane Rolland Haute Couture gown with a cutout right at the thigh.
