Mademoiselle GaGa Steps Out In Paris

After a minor setback, thanks to French authorities, Lady GaGa finally arrived in Paris.

GaGa was spotted making quite the exit out of Chez Andre restaurant in a pale purple ensemble that flowed beautifully in the wind.
