Repping For Gay Rights Abroad! GaGa To March In Rome's Gay Pride Parade

An inspiration, as always!

On Saturday, Lady GaGa will march in the gay pride parade in Rome’s Circus Maximus, which marks the close of 2011 Euro Pride.

Here’s what U.S. Ambassador to Italy David Thorne had to say about GaGa’s involvement in the parade:

“[We are] very proud to have an Italian-American artist of her stature [come to the Italian capital.]”

More from Thorne about gay rights, in a quote from Hillary Clinton:

“Human rights are gay rights and gay rights are human rights.”

We couldn’t agree more, and we’re THRILLED to hear that our wifey is making the trek all the way out to Rome to rep for the gay community abroad!

EQUAL RIGHTS FOR ALL!
