Lady GaGa looked like a regular country crooner in her ruffled lace number in London Friday.

The Million Reasons singer was spotted leaving her hotel in a short, diaphanous white dress that featured tiered ruffled sleeves and neckline.
There were even ruffles around her neck! Ruffle overload!
GaGa accessorized the already loud look with extremely high platform boots and her now-signature pink hat.
At least she’s not wearing cutoffs all the time anymore!
