After a LONG period away from the public eye, Lamar was spotted hiking in Fryman Canyon on Wednesday with a male friend.

Khloe Kardashian‘s ex looked healthy and in shape as he took advantage of the locale until about 4 in the afternoon.
An onlooker revealed:

“Lamar looks like he has put on some weight and that he’s trying to get back into shape.”

Who knows, maybe the basketball player is trying to win Koko back (sorry French Montana) by improving his health. Or perhaps Odom has plans to stage an NBA comeback.
Whatever the reason may be, we’re just happy to see L.O. out and looking fit!
