Lamar Odom Heading Overseas To Make Pro Basketball Return!

Lamar Odom is bouncing back! Over five years after his last NBA game, the 39-year-old announced that he’ll be making a return to professional basketball in 2019.

The athlete shared the news on his Instagram Tuesday, writing that he will head overseas to play in The Dubai International Basketball Championship on February 1, 2019, where he will be representing a team from the Philippines.

Khloe Kardashian’s ex hasn’t appeared in a pro game since 2013 when he was playing for the Clippers. He was initially supposed to make his pro basketball return earlier this year, but delayed it because he needed “more time to recover from my multiple strokes and hearts attacks.”

As we reported in 2015, Odom reportedly suffered a dozen strokes after his drug overdose. Now, he says he’s ready to come back “in full force.”
