Some very important medical news is just coming to light.
Lamar Odom apparently suffered about a dozen strokes very early on in the hospital last week, according to new reports.

More recently, doctors have been performing a series of brain scans on Lamar, and they discovered the strokes at that point in their examinations. Luckily, the strokes didn’t affect vital organs.
Nevertheless, the strokes apparently did have some kind of impact on the former NBA star’s ability to walk and talk — and it’s still up in the air if he’ll be able to fully regain his motor skills upon recovery.
No one knows whether damage from the strokes is permanent yet, but the presence of these medical problems means Lamar is facing months of physical therapy to restore his ability to move his hands and feet, as well as improve his speech.
Our thoughts continue to be with Lamar as we hope he pulls out of everything healthy and fine.
