This is too cool — good for Lance Bass!
The former *NSYNC singer announced on Twitter last night that he was the one who was lucky enough to have his offer accepted by sellers to become… the new owner of the house from the Brady Bunch!!
As you’ll probably remember, the Brady Bunch home in Studio City, California was making the rounds the last couple weeks as it went up for sale on the open market.

Well, a couple people tried hard to land it, but to no avail — as Bass revealed it was his offer the sellers accepted (below):
Super excited to announce they accepted my offer on the #BradyBunch house last night!!! This is going to be a fun project!

So fun!!!
Per reports, he apparently went well over the asking price of $1.88 million to seal the deal on this iconic house.

And, Bass got a little support from some people who know a thing or two about the home, like former Brady Bunch star Maureen McCormick (below):
Congratulations! â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸ May all your problems from here on out always be solved in a half hour! 😉

Ha!!
LOVES it!!
And HGTV star Jonathan Silver Scott, as well, who wasn’t too happy that he lost out on the home (below):
I’m a little bummed that you out bid me (seriously) as I really wanted that house, but I’m very excited you’re taking on this project. Let me know if you want any help 🙂 @hgtv #bradybunchhome #IconicDreamHome

Too funny!!
Well, congrats to Lance Bass for purchasing such an iconic house!
Can’t wait to see how it’ll change and evolve to meet today’s style while still no doubt retaining some of that classic, nostalgic feel!
